Knightsbridge Investments Limited (“Knightsbridge”) announced today that
it has acquired, through a subsidiary, Nimir Holdings Limited,
the international oil and chemicals group.
Nimir Petroleum Limited, the principal UK subsidiary acquired by
Knightsbridge, will continue to operate from its offices at 1
Knightsbridge and has changed its name to Knightsbridge Petroleum (UK)
Limited.
Knightsbridge’s principal operating businesses are:
- the exploration and production of oil and gas in Colombia and
Venezuela through Hocol SA and Hocol Venezuela BV

Nimir Chemicals Company Ltd, an international chemicals company based
in Dubai (UAE) with subsidiaries in Pakistan, UAE and Egypt.
